Network and link analysis

In collaboration with Telenor Research, we are looking at methods for analyzing the link structures of networks, like the World Wide Web network. We use eigenvector centrality and epidemic approaches to importance rank the nodes in a graph.

Recently we have adopted this approach in our work on Promise Theory.

We have developed a test implementation of a network analysis tool called Archipelago, together with students Fahimeh Pourbayat and Tuva Hassel Stang. The name `Archipelago' arises from the clusters of islands that naturally form around the explosions of links within a graph.
